accept payment via Credit/Debit Cards, Bank Transfer.
- Full
payment is required before processing your order.
4. Order Confirmation and Cancellation
- You
will receive an email confirmation after placing an order.
- Orders
can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement unless already processed.
- Custom
made orders are non-cancellable once production begins.
5. Shipping and Delivery (UAE)
- Delivery
is available across Emirates.
- Standard
delivery time is 3-10 working days depending on the product and location.
- Free
delivery available for orders above AED 1,000/-, otherwise delivery
charges apply.
- Please ensure the delivery address is correct and accessible.
6. Warranty
Warranty does not cover:
- Damage
due to misuse, improper handling or accidents.
- Wear
and tear, water damage or sunlight exposure.
- Self-
assembly errors.
7. Account Responsibility
- If
you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining
